  • Hold it steady and shoot landscape (sideways).
  • Talk out loud about anything that's broken, or that was updated (and when).
  • A separate short walk-around of the outside.
  • Large files? Upload them to Google Drive, Dropbox or iCloud and paste the share link below.

Tips

  • Shoot in daylight, with the lights on and the blinds open.
  • A few clear photos beat many blurry ones.
  • No people or personal documents in the shots.
